Thank you for shopping with Sugarvedaa.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of herbal wellness products, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in case of:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Missing item in the package
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
Sugarvedaa reserves the right to reject refund requests if the claim is found invalid or misleading.
Customers must provide accurate order details while requesting cancellation or refund support.
Sugarvedaa reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
